Shipping Policy
All ready-to-ship gifts will be mailed out via Singpost within 2 working days upon payment unless otherwise stated. Free door-to-door courier for orders above SGD$100.
Delivery Fees: Singpost (Normal Delivery): $1.50, Door-to-door courier: $5
For personalised gifts, please give us approximately 7 days. If you need the gifts earlier, please whatapps us at 8756 7208. Please note that we can only do the iron-on names on light colours felt.
For pre-ordered gifts, the estimated delivery date is approximately 30 days upon payment. A full refund will be issued if we are unable to do so. Our sales personnel will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order.
